Youth Protection Training (YPT)
At least one Parent needs to complete the Youth Protection Training. This web based training familiarizes parents with BSA policies regarding non-acceptable practices and how to quickly act and report them.
Before taking the training, the BSA web site will ask you to create a PARENT account. Make sure to register the same parent that is in the child application.

Note: remember to keep this user name and password handy!! You will use them in the future to record your child's progress and take any additional trainings.
